Neville Jordan, CNZM, BE, DistFiPENZ
Non Executive Chairman

Nevile Jordan Neville Jordan is Chairman of the New Zealand private equity firm Endeavour Capital. He is a founder of MAS Technology Ltd, a company he successfully floated on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange. Neville recently spent three years as a member of the Prime Minister's Growth and Innovation Advisory Board. In 1997 he received the Governor General’s Supreme Award for Exporting and in 1999 he was made a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit.

Paul Kinnon, BS, DM
President and Chief Executive Officer

Paul Kinnon was appointed President and CEO in October 2007. A life science industry veteran, he brings ZyGEM more than 18 years of management experience in developing and marketing innovative products and solutions to diverse customers. Paul joined ZyGEM from Invitrogen Corp., where he held the positions of Vice President of Global Strategic Alliances and Vice President and General Manager of the Applied Markets Business Unit. Previously, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Guava Technologies and Vice President of Sales at Cellomics. Earlier in his career, he held marketing and management positions at leading companies including Porvair, Caliper, Whatman and Thermo Instrumentation. Paul was awarded a Bachelor of Applied Chemistry from Coventry University in the UK and a Diploma of Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is a member of the Chartered Institute Marketing and Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (ASAP). Paul is based at ZyGEM’s U.S. headquarters near San Diego, California.

Trevor Perry
Trevor Perry served as Managing Director of Prudential in Australasia overseeing the takeover of NZI, the integration with the New Zealand Prudential operation and the IT system overhauls. Prior to that, Mr. Perry served as Managing Director South East Asia, including China and Indonesia. At Prudential, he held a number of positions that required him to travel extensively throughout the Asia Pacific region. He has been Non-executive Director of Bravura Solutions Limited since March 11, 2009. Mr. Perry served as Non-Executive Director of Infochoice Limited since November 1999. Most recently, he served on the Board of World Netball since October 1999. Upon leaving Prudential, Trevor became an “angel investor” in a number of companies ranging across the technology, advertising, horticulture, refining and retirement village sectors. Trevor has been instrumental in a number of New Zealand companies and has successfully establishing overseas operations. He has been on the board of a number of Australian public listed companies.

Ross Townsend
Ross Townshend has Senior Executive and CEO experience in New Zealand, Australia and USA, including a major Private Equity firm, Carter Holt Harvey, Goodman Fielder, Evergreen Packaging, Affco Holdings and New Zealand Dairy Group. He also has significant governance experience at Director level and currently holds several Directorships including Waikato Link Ltd, the commercialization arm of University of Waikato, The Tatua Co-operative Dairy Co Ltd, RML Engineering Ltd and several significant farming businesses. Mr. Townshend has extensive primary industry and agribusiness experience. He is a seasoned multi-discipline executive with 35+ years’ experience, strong credentials in governance and a broad understanding of science and technology.
